Direct Placement
We find your driver and he/she immediately becomes your employee. You incur a one-time charge for our recruiting services, which includes all standard recruiting and screening costs. This option allows you the benefit of predictable recruiting costs along with the comfort of knowing that your open position is getting the attentions it requires.
Deferred Placement (Temp-to-hire)
With Deferred Placement the driver becomes your employee after a predetermined amount of hours. During the trial period the driver reports to you but is on the payroll of Trusted Transportation Solutions. This transition period allows you to get to know the driver before he/she becomes your employee. Under this option our fees are invoiced weekly and include all recruiting and payroll costs. At the end of this transition period you have the option of hiring the driver at no additional charge. Clients find this option useful when budgeting is a concern.
Temporary
If you have a short term or casual need Trusted Transportation Solutions will provide already screened and DOT qualified drivers on an as-need basis. This option allows
you to fill your short-term needs without having to worry about unemployment costs.
We help eliminate expensive common carrier charges and the need for short notice driver availability.
Dedicated
Eliminate all of the overhead, risks, and liabilities associated with hiring full-time employees by utilizing our dedicated drivers. We assume all the risks. You enjoy the benefit of full-time employees at contract employee prices.

Recruiting—We advertise for the specific type of drivers you need, and then process and screen all the applicants for you. Let our years of experience in recruiting work for you.

Qualification—Our drivers are fully qualified in accordance with DOT rules and regulations. We provide you with a complete qualification file that complies with DOT.

Drug and alcohol testing—All of the drivers we send you will be tested according to DOT specification, including pre-employment, random, and post-accident testing. We can provide you with test results, so you don’t have to spend time or money re-testing them.

Workers compensation insurance—We absorb the rising costs of workers compensation and pay for any work related injuries relieving our clients of the burden.

Payroll administration—We calculate, process, and distribute wages, payroll deductions, and garnishments. We calculate and pay all state and federal withholding, FICA, FUTA, and SUTA, and we prepare and file all the payroll tax reports and year-end W-2 forms.

Unemployment compensation—We fill your short-term or casual hiring needs, eliminating the need to pay higher unemployment cost and helping to reduce your overall company costs.
